How To Monitor and Respond To Recommendations on Facebook

You’ve surely seen friends of yours ask for recommendations on Facebook to say a great restaurant, print-shop, and maybe even a great dentist!

Did you know that more often than not, this is occurring within Facebook groups? This means that you might not even know that your happy patients are happily recommending your dental practice publicly. Hence, you’re unable to acknowledge their recommendation, thank them for publicly recommending your dental office and have a system to reward referrals. Do you see where I’m getting at?

Facebook has an easy way that allows you to monitor when your clinic has been recommended and it even reaches out to that patient to thank them. You just have to turn on the feature and follow the steps we’ve outlined in this week’s video.
